Prior to founding OOPR, Martha Conway executed over 500 media campaigns for non-fiction authors, experts, musical artists, non-profits, and corporations. Their industries spanned health care, science, nutrition, finance, politics, music, weight loss, anti-aging, careers, non-profit causes, publishing, manufacturing and scientific theories. Chances are, there’s not an industry or subject she’s not familiar with. This company was listed among the Top 100 PR Firms in the nation by industry publication, PR Week.

Martha worked with clients to get them placements on talk radio, local television, national television, newspapers, magazines, satellite media tours, and video news releases. She organized press conferences, speaking engagements and booksignings. By focusing on crafting the correct message to each target media outlet, her firm was able to be among the very first PR firms in the country that billed on a pay-for-results basis. This began with a thorough understanding of each client, their objectives, their subject, their competition and the current news climate.

Martha sold that firm to her partner and has since worked more extensively with clients to strategize and execute long and short range marketing and PR strategies. With a thorough understanding of PR, messaging and each online and offline outlet, she is able to help clients select the correct mediums for their message and objectives.

Kristie McDonald – extensive expertise and training in all aspects online marketing. The high volume of traffic generated to her own webstore with guerilla tactics was featured to a sophisticated online marketing group called Stompernet. She has also managed hundreds of pay-per-click advertising campaigns, as well as worked with entrepreneurs one-on-one to get their internet businesses off the ground. Kristie has been a speaker/presenter at the System Seminar Internet Marketing conference. Kristie and Martha work together on every client’s campaign to integrate the online and offline components in the strategy.

Trevor Holewinski – a programmer by degree, Trevor is an expert in all things Wordpress. Once your message is thoroughly worked out and your online strategy determined, Trevor helps to build your online presence in the social media world. He is especially proficient at utilizing Twitter.

Nola Cooper – web designer extraordinnaire, Nola designing sites using Wordpress and is fanatical about working with our clients until they are thrilled with the results. She also designs any other online graphics needed.

Bess Conway – veteran copywriter for non profit groups and a lobbying firms, Bess’ specialty is compiling research and writing for target markets.
